JOB DESCRIPTION We’re looking to fill a full time and a part time positions for a customer service agent/Dispatcher. This job title entails the primary dispatching of our company, and the worker will continuously coordinate with a small office staff. The work hours for this positions are Flexible, typical business hours from Monday through Friday with a possibility to get some extra hours on the weekend. This position offers great work independence with scheduling customers, as well as dispatching calls to field technicians. Our company utilizes very user friendly, customized, sophisticated computer software, eliminating unnecessary worker stress and disorganization.
