JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking to fill a full time and a part time positions for a customer service agent/Dispatcher. This job title entails the primary dispatching of our company, and the worker will continuously coordinate with a small office staff. The work hours for this positions are Flexible, typical business hours from Monday through Friday with a possibility to get some extra hours on the weekend. This position offers great work independence with scheduling customers, as well as dispatching calls to field technicians. Our company utilizes very user friendly, customized, sophisticated computer software, eliminating unnecessary worker stress and disorganization. Being a smaller business, we offer a casual laid back work environment, great potential for personal career growth. However, given our operational structure, we still possess many of the appealing qualities of that of a large corporation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls.
  • Schedule customers for service.
  • Dispatch service visits to field technicians.
  • Coordinate with technicians and customers to ensure on time visits and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in recording of the outcome of each service visit, and coordinate information with other office employees through organized collaboration.
